Annie S. Wang Selected to the 2013 Rising Stars List by Super Lawyers


June 2013- Annie S. Wang is named as one of the 2013 Rising Stars by Super Lawyers publications.  The Rising Stars list is comprised of candidates either 40 years of age or under or in practice for less than 10 years.  No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are named to the Rising Stars list.

Firm Successfully Defends Motion to Dismiss Batmobile Infringement Case

January 26, 2012-  United States District Judge Ronald S.W. Lew denies Motion to Dismiss filed by unlicensed, "replica" Batmobile vehicles, "kits" and accessories promoter.  Judge Lew rejected Defendant's argument that "the Batmobile and all its variations are not
