Firm Argues "First Sale" Case Before the Ninth Circuit

March 12, 2014- The Ninth Circuit held oral argument in Adobe Systems Incorporated v. Kornrumpf at UC Berkeley as part of its annual Ninth Circuit Day at Boalt Hall.  The panel consisted of Circuit Judges Raymond C. Fisher, Sidney R. Thomas (presiding) and Marsha S. Berzon.  Andy Coombs represented Appellee Adobe Systems Incorporated arguing that the first sale doctrine does not apply when copyrighted software is clearly licensed.

Andy Coombs Named as 2014 Southern California Super Lawyer

January 2014- Super Lawyer Magazine recognizes Andy Coombs as a 2014 Southern California Super Lawyer for Intellectual Property Litigation.
